Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for clients centered in the following technologies:
    • Server-based systems
    • Hypervisor
    • Network based storage systems
    • Network switches and routers
    • Network firewalls
    • Backup Systems
  • Plan and implement complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Create detailed project documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation with other engineers
  • Participate in monthly maintenance on a rotating basis

Technical Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of:
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Cisco catalyst and nexus switches
  • Cisco ASA & Fortigate Firewalls
  • Microsoft Exchange & Exchange Online (office 365)

  • Education & Job Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting relevant IT environments and proven track record of successfully completing IT project implementations
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • VCA/P

Job Responsibilities 

Provide direct technical support for:

  • Server based systems
  • Workstation based systems
  • Network firewalls
  • Backup environments
  • Service Board Management (Help Desk primarily):
  • Dispatch
  • Daily review and Assignment of tickets
  • Follow up with Customers
  • Assist with help desk tier1 ticket escalations as required
  • Ticket Management
